Dr. Monica Stephen

Monica Stephen received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA and both her Master of Arts and Doctorate of Occupational Therapy degrees from the University of Southern California. Her doctoral residency within USC’s Autism Initiative, focused on the development and implementation of a community-based program for elementary-aged students with ASD. She is passionate about improving inclusive practices and services for individuals with disabilities. In an effort to better serve children on the spectrum, she has assisted in curriculum-development within the occupational therapy department at USC. She has also provided staff trainings related to inclusion and autism for organizations within the community, including a local science center and search and rescue team.
